Last week in episode 83 we talk about how we are creating our future selves based on what we practice in the present. Right? What you do you GLUE.

This means that we created where we are, and we get to create where we want to go because we are the external force that keeps things in motion in our lives.

And so this week I want to focus on the force, us. Since we are the eternal force that creates the results, I really want us to understand how to move forward in cultivating the life we desire.
