Society tells us that when things don’t work out we are supposed to beat ourselves up.  And that is exactly what we do.

When we are experiencing frustration with our choices or decisions, we may punish ourselves. This comes in many forms, like restricting ourselves from enjoying good things or engaging in negative self-talk.

I want to offer that there is another way to handle disappointment. I want us to learn to cultivate self-trust. It is important that regardless of the outcome of our goal we will love ourselves MORE on the other side of that result. Yes, we can decide that not only are we going to do the thing, we are also not going to beat ourselves up regardless of the outcome especially if the outcome doesn’t happen in the way or the timeframe we expect.

So why is this important and how do you cultivate self-trust? Listen in to learn more.

And If you are ready to cultivate self-trust and level up your experience, I will be starting a group coaching program in March 2022. It’s a small community of 10 women to help you update your programming, choose self-trust and start doing epic sh*t, join the waitlist now!
