We all know that life comes with unavoidable physical and emotional pain. That seems to be a non-negotiable part of the deal. The negotiable part is how much time you will spend worrying about it. If you have a legitimate reason to be stressed; then let yourself worry; it’s normal but I challenge you to adapt the concept of a Worry Window so that you are not using precious energy to worry when it is not necessary.
A Worry Window is a period of time that you set aside to worry about whatever issue is at hand and it can decrease the amount of time you spend worrying.
