Today, we’re diving into what I call the Black Woman’s Stress Matrix. We live in a world that demands us to be strong while quietly breaking us down. This isn’t our fault. We’re surviving a system designed to make us sick. But awareness is the key.

If you’ve ever felt trapped, exhausted, or just plain done, this one’s for you. We’re breaking down exactly what this matrix is and how you can start to wake up from it.

Here’s your homework for this week: just notice your stress. Don’t try to fix it, just observe. Where are you being silent? Where are you stuck? Where are you sick and tired? Where are you doubting yourself? Write it down and journal about it. This awareness is the first step to breaking free from the matrix.
