In this episode, we explore ruts as essential components of our lives, representing those phases when life seems uninspired and monotonous. Ruts are a part of life, and finding ourselves in them is normal. However, they can impact our sense of purpose and vitality. The pandemic, for example, drastically altered our routines, possibly leading to prolonged ruts.

Inspired by Mary J. Blige’s song “Good Morning, Gorgeous,” we explore the emotional struggle described in the lyrics, feeling stuck, second-guessing, and battling inner demons. It’s a journey of trying to protect one’s peace in the face of relentless challenges.
