Panic is a sudden, uncontrollable fear or anxiety often causing wildly unthinking behavior. Sometimes it’s operating under the surface with a constant gnawing in our stomach, or having us operate at 80 miles per hour and we don’t even understand why.

Panic, stress, anxiety can all be our most formidable adversaries, but know that these are  responses, not reality. Again, they are responses, not our reality.
