So we’ve been focusing on this good girl mentality and how we have labeled negative things that happen as a problem and identifying that problem as being us, which leads to a false sense that if we were somehow different, this wouldn’t have happened. We forget that life is 50/50, good and bad things happen, and we can’t control it, and so when the “negative thing” is happening, we think we did something wrong.

But what if you made a mistake? What if you did choose something, and now the consequences are putting you a couple of steps backward on your journey? What do you do after a f*%k up?
